Noelle is a second-generation cosmetologist with 15+ years of behind the chair experience. She has also worked as an educator and platform artist for Hotheads Hair Extensions. Her passion for continued education, cutting edge products and community outreach has influenced not just her as a stylist, but also the direction and culture of Concrete Rose Salon. She has created an environment where all people feel welcome and taken care of.

Noelle is a trained specialist in the dry curly hair cutting technique, where hair is cut curl by curl to ensure the perfect cut. She has also been trained in the Respect the Curl technique and in the Texture vs. Race curriculum. She is well versed in all textures of hair and will help you bring out the best in your natural waves, curls, kinks and coils. She has been a curl specialist for over 10 years and is here to help you love your hair!

She has also completed advanced technical training with The Artego Academy in Rome, The American Board of Certified Haircolorists, DiPietro Todd, Kevin Murphy, Davines, L'Oreal Professionel, O&M, Lakme and countless talented educators and masters of this craft.
